Who can host a group trip?
You do not need to be a travel professional. You need people who want to travel with you.
How it works
- 1Tell us your idea
Country, month, length, the kind of group and roughly how many people. A few lines in the form are enough.
- 2We shape the trip with you
We suggest the best season, a realistic route and the price per person, and tell you honestly what is and is not possible.
- 3You share it with your group
When you approve the plan, we publish a trip page for your departure with the same book now, pay later box as our other trips.
- 4Travel together
You lead the group's spirit; the trip is run on the ground by the local team we name in your written plan.

What does it cost to host?
Sending the form costs nothing and commits you to nothing. The price your travellers pay depends on the country, the season, the hotels and the group size; we give you a clear price per person before anything is published. How the host is rewarded is discussed openly and agreed in writing for each trip, before the trip page goes online.
Our rules for hosted trips
- No invented reviews, numbers or discounts on your trip page.
- Only real dates: a departure is published when you have approved it.
- Clear inclusions, so your group knows exactly what they pay for.
Hosting a group trip: questions
Do I need a travel licence to host a group trip?
Rules differ by country. In our model you host and promote the trip, while the travel services are provided by the team named in your written plan. Tell us where you live and we will explain how it works for you; check your own country's rules too.
How many people do I need?
Small groups of 4–8 people can work, and larger groups are possible. Tell us your expected size and we will tell you what fits the route and the hotels.
Can I choose the route and the activities?
Yes. We start from your ideas and the itineraries in our country guides, then adjust for season, distances and budget.
How far ahead should I plan?
Usually several months before departure, so your group has time to book flights and leave. Popular seasons fill hotels early, so earlier is better.
Who takes the bookings and payments?
Your travellers book on the trip page with book now, pay later. Payment details are sent with each confirmation, as described in our booking terms.
Can I host a trip to a country that is not listed?
Tell us in the form. We only take on a country when we can organise it properly, and we will say honestly if we cannot.
